Rize delivers most video editing projects within 48 to 72 hours from the moment we receive your brief and footage. Growth plan clients receive 48-hour priority delivery as standard. For larger projects — multi-video batches, full brand packages, or series edits — we scope a timeline upfront so you always know exactly when to expect delivery. Rush 24-hour turnaround is available on the Scale plan. We do not miss deadlines; if a delay is ever unavoidable, we notify you before the due time, not after.
Every package includes structured revision rounds — one round on the Starter plan, two rounds on Growth, and unlimited rounds on Scale. Revisions are handled through timestamped feedback: you mark the exact moment in the video, describe the change, and we turn it around within 24 hours. We maintain a style sheet for each client so that by the second or third video, first-cut accuracy is typically above 90%. You will never be charged for a revision round within your plan limits.
