Rize provides video editing, motion graphics, thumbnail design, and related content production services as described on rize.style. All production plans are custom-quoted based on project scope, volume, and platform requirements. Rize reserves the right to decline any project at its discretion.
You are responsible for providing all raw footage, scripts, voiceovers, brand guidelines, and reference materials required to complete the project. Rize is not responsible for delays caused by late or incomplete asset delivery. You confirm that all footage, music, and materials you provide are either owned by you or properly licensed for commercial use.
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds as outlined in your production plan (one round on Starter, two on Growth, unlimited on Scale). Revisions must be submitted as timestamped feedback on the delivered file. Requests that constitute a change in creative direction or scope — rather than a correction of the delivered brief — may be treated as a new production request.
Turnaround windows are measured from the moment Rize confirms receipt of all required assets. Stated turnaround times are averages, not guarantees. In the rare event of a delay, Rize will notify you before the due time. Rize is not liable for losses arising from missed publishing deadlines.
Upon receipt of full payment, you own all final deliverables produced by Rize for your project. Rize retains the right to display anonymised or credited versions of the work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before project commencement. Raw project files and editing timelines remain the property of Rize unless explicitly negotiated otherwise.
Payment terms are specified in your individual production plan. Work does not commence until a deposit or full payment is received as agreed. All quotes are in USD. Rize reserves the right to suspend delivery on overdue accounts.
Rize's total liability for any claim arising from its services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. Rize is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost revenue or audience metrics.
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date is billable at the agreed rate. Deposits are non-refundable once production has commenced.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in good faith. If unresolvable, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration.
Rize may update these terms as services evolve. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued engagement with Rize after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
